Strengthen your stride with our Pilates for Runners exercise class. Improve your running performance and strengthen your core with our 4 person exercise class specifically tailored for runners of all levels. Bookings are essential. You do not need to be a runner to benefit.
Created by Dr. Linda-Joy Lee, the Thoracic Ring Approach is an innovative 3D assessment and treatment model for the thoracic spine and ribcage. It can aid in relieving pain, improving mobility and biomechanics and leading to more optimal movement strategies. Book here

Yes, there is ample paid parking along Geils Court, just a short walk across from our room. Closest parking is shown in purple on the image below.
No doctors / medical referrals are needed to see our Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer. However, if you do have one, please bring this along with any scans you have had done.
We like to spend time getting to understand you and your injury, which is why we offer longer consultations.
Initial physiotherapy consultations are 60 minutes and standard follow up consultations are 45 minutes. Running assessments are 90minutes.
Personal Training sessions can be 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins. Please note these sessions are conducted outdoors. Contact us for more information regarding locations.
Yes, HICAPS is available. Make sure you bring your private health members card to your physiotherapy appointments for immediate rebate.
If you have a referral (however, not required) please bring this along with any medical scans/reports/paperwork. Bring your private health insurance card for an immediate rebate.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely and allows your physiotherapist to assess your injury.
Bring any running shoes (especially for a running assessments) that you may have questions about.
Bring a water bottle and towel for your Personal Training session.
Yes! We treat more then just running injuries, in-fact we treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries. For example, if you have an acute or chronic injury, neck or back pain, osteoarthritis or osteopenia/osteoporosis we can treat you.
