Maybe you have a sore knee from weekend sport or its clocked up 65+ years of milage, everyone has their own story and we're here to listen to yours.

Wherever you are in life; studying, starting work, a new mum or dad, menopausal or you've just been honoured as a senior citizen, we're here to listen to your concerns and help find the right path for you.

Need some taping before your weekend game, or for daily comfort or pain relief? We can help you!

We offer initial consults for 60minutes and follow up consults for 45minutes.

  • Thoracic Ring Approach

Thoracic Ring Approach

The Thoracic Ring Approach was created by Dr Linda-Joy (LJ) Lee, a Canadian-Australian Physiotherapist, and is a 3 dimensional functional manual therapy approach for assessing and treating the thoracic spine.

It focuses on restoring mobility and function of the thoracic ring (which consists of the thoracic vertebra, ribs, associated joints and surrounding muscles), to aid in relieving pain, reduce tension and improving mobility and biomechanics, leading to better movement strategies and reduced risk of injury.

Less pain and more living.

Strength Training and Injury Prevention

If your body is not prepared for the demands of your sport or the daily loads you place on it, you may be at a greater risk of an injury.

Did you know that up to 80% of runners can experience a running related injury each year! Also, the soleus muscle (calf) can reach peak forces of over 6 x your body weight when running and the patella tendon can exceed 5 x your body weight! â€‹

Through Physiotherapy and Personal Training we can help design you specific strength programs tailored for your needs.
